On November, 24th, 2010 in the Interfax-Ukraine news agency press-centre the joint press conference of authorised rating agencies RA “IBI-Rating”, NRA “Rurik” and RA “Expert Rating” took place. The representatives of three new authorised agencies announced on signing Memorandum on observance of norms and standards of behaviour  in the market of rating services.

 The following persons took part in the press conference:

- Dolinsky Leonid,  NRA “Rurik” Development Director,   Ph.D. in Economics;

- Dukhnenko Vladimir, Director of RA “Expert Rating”, Ph.D. in technical sciences, USFA member;

- Pererva Grigory, Director of RA “IBI-Rating”;

- Petrenko Vladimir, SCSSM member.
