March 31, 2014 Rating agency “Expert-Rating” confirms the rating of the bond issue to the Company “VAB Leasing” (33880354) at the level uaBBB+ according to the national scale. A separate bond instrument with rating uaBBB+ is characterized by sufficient solvency compared to other Ukrainian borrowers or bond instruments. The level of solvency depends on the impact of adverse commercial, financial and economic conditions. Confirming the credit rating, the Agency was guided by the results of the Company’s activity in 2013.
