When confirming the infrastructural rating, the Agency was guided by the following conclusions:
There is an expanded network of investment certificates sales of MDIF “A-VISTA” on a simplified system of transaction execution.
Net assets value of CNCIF “Acceleration” has increased up to UAH 5,7 mln. (as of 31.07.2011).
SSMSC has made a decision to recognize MDIF “A-VISTA” as appropriate to legislative requirements according to the minimum assets amount of collective investment institution (09.09.11).
PJSC “ArcelorMittal Krivoy Rog” and JSC “AMC PFA “UkrSib Asset Management” BNP Paribas Group have become partners in the field of private pension coverage.
PJSC “ArcelorMittal Krivoy Rog” and AMC PFA “UkrSib Asset Management” BNP Paribas Group have become partners in the field of private pension coverage for the plant workers.
Therefore, having become the winner of the tender, AMC PFA “UkrSib Asset Management” BNP Paribas Group will service the open pension fund “Saving”, which participants are the plant workers.
So, PJSC “ArcelorMittal Krivoy Rog” will provide a decent social package to its workers. AMC PFA “UkrSib Asset Management”, in its turn, will provide effective investments of pension fund assets for obtaining the maximum investment profit by its participants – by the plant workers.
