December 31, 2011 RA "Expert-Rating" withdraws the financial stability rating of NJISC "Oranta" agreed by the parties. The company appealed to the Agency with a request to suspend the contract for the provision of rating services, the decision was made by mutual consent of the parties.

In Ukraine the financial stability rating doesn't belong to the category of obligatory ratings. The companies of insurance sector make decision themselves about obtaining or refusing the rating.
