On September, 20th, 2012 at the meeting of RA Expert Rating rating committee decision was taken on confirmation of the credit rating of LLC (USREOU code 32557104) BNC bonds at the level uaCCC. At confirmation of the rating the Agency was based on the results of Company activity in H1 2012.

The analysis of Company reports has shown that in H1 2012 LLC BNC managed to reduce debts receivable more than in 2 times compared vs. the indicators of the same period of 2011, at the same time Company accounts payable increased considerably that entailed decrease in autonomy ratio on 18 p.p. Despite decrease in total revenue in the analyzed period the Company managed to earn UAH 1,2 million of net profit, and to considerably improve return rates. So ROE in H1 2012 was 20%, and ROS for the same period -  75 %.

On June, 30th 2012 the following changes took part in the composition of emitter officers:

1. Deputy Director Osadchy I.A. was dismissed from his position; Slabkovsky M.V. was appointed to the post of Deputy Director.

2. Deputy Director Danilchenko V. A. was dismissed from the position; nobody was appointed to the position of the dismissed Deputy Director.

According to the results of Company activity in H1 2012 the Agency notices that bonded issues of LLC BNC of series A a B had all signs of speculative rating, account taken of: high indicators of accounts payable, decrease in shareholders’ equity and autonomy coefficient, and no progress in the sales policy of the Company.

On August, 21 in the meeting of LLC BNC shareholders, decisions have been taken on increase of authorized capital on UAH 75 million, on the redemption of bonds of series B, and also decisions connected with halt of turnover and cancellation of issue of bonds of series A and B. According to the information provided to Agency by the emitter, as of September, 24th, 2012 the Company performed redemption of own bonds in full.
