In September 2006, Expert RC conducted a study of the stability of risk and life insurance companies. Both OJSC PZU Ukraine Insurance Company and OJSC PZU Ukraine Life Insurance Company made it to the group of Ukraine’s most transparent companies. These two companies demonstrated high standards of corporate governance and strong aspirations toward transparency, disclosing more information than is typical for the Ukrainian market. Having analysed their reports, Expert RA’s research team made positive conclusions about the companies’ stability.
